Minister/Author/Founder
Known affectionately as "Dr. Kay" by close family and friends, she believes ministry must reach globally and act locally as an advocate for the teachings of Jesus Christ. In order to accomplish this, Dr. Kay uses technology to communicate the word of God to those near and far. Dr. Kay is the founder of Women of God in the World, a non-sectarian faith-based community bringing together over 10,000 women from more than 30 countries together for sharing, study, and support. Its sister groups, VOICES of Women of God in the World provides a platform for women preachers, teachers, and speakers. The Women of God in the World Music Experience provides a space for women to share inspirational music videos and vocal artistry.
Educationally, Dr. Kay holds both a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from New Theological Seminary. In addition, she holds a Certificate of Specialization in Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School Online.
In her recently published book, "Experiencing God in the Ordinary - Reflections on the Closeness of God," Dr. Kay provides readers with insight into how God is actively involved in very personal and special ways that confirm that God cares deeply for each of them.
Dr. Kay enjoys activities that inspire and encourage people to become the best version of themselves. Whether speaking, teaching, writing, or other wise engaging with people, her message and method are the same, to lend support, encouragement, and compassion to each person she meets. She believes that there is light and a gift within all of us.
